Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping:
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- International (other countries): 10-21 business days

- FREE Standard Shipping on orders $50 and above (U.S. only)
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99
- Express Shipping: $19.99
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Carriers & Tracking We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Tracking number via email
- Ability to track your package in real-time
- Delivery confirmation upon arrival
International Shipping Information
- We ship to select international destinations
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Customs processing may add additional time to delivery
- International orders cannot be expedited
Return Shipping
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective or incorrect items: FitZenGear covers return shipping costs

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
Order Tracking Issues If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members
- Look around delivery location (porch, mailbox, building office)
- Contact the carrier directly
- Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early

Risk of Loss Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
